This course is targeted at city managers, city clerks, finance officers, customer service staff, and any city employee who comes in contact with the public will benefit from this course. The course will feature taking a proactive approach to citizen complaints. A focus on using technology and other resources in providing assistance to citizens and understanding customer expectations for delivery of services will be the primary discussion. Offering solutions, problem solving and staying abreast of current trends will be explored in the class.
