Join us for this month's "Talk It Up Thursday" webinar, focusing on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) reporting requirements, which are due by April 30, 2024, as well as the latest on the rules relating to the obligation of ARPA funds by December 31, 2024. This is a critical topic as this is the last year to have your funds obligated. We will discuss the nuances of what that means. We will also focus on city audits and state reporting requirements. Cities must have timely audits and complete the state and federal reporting requirements to avoid falling into non-compliant status. We will review the implications for a city that becomes non-compliant. Finally, we will talk about the EPD-mandated Service Line Inventory requirement.
