Building a Talent Pipeline for Success(ion) Fall 23
Local government workforce is facing a “tsunami” of challenges. One of those is succession of critical positions within local government due to baby boomers retiring and now the new norm of the “Great Resignation” during the pandemic. Local government must build human capital capacity to keep local government services going now and in the future. This course will help practitioners develop, implement, and monitor effective succession planning programs for any size government.
Registrants are encouraged to bring their cell phones, laptops, or tablets to use as a virtual learning aid for the class.
