Our emotions are woven into every interaction, whether at home or work. They influence how we react to challenges and opportunities. Emotional intelligence enables us as leaders to handle interpersonal relationships sympathetically and empathetically. Connecting emotionally with individuals and leading with emotional intelligence is essential for leadership effectiveness. Participants of this workshop will learn the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership and leave with a better understanding of their strengths and areas to develop to enhance their leadership skills, as well as an action plan on how to increase effectiveness.
