Customer Service 101-Perry
This course is targeted at city managers, city clerks, finance officers, customer service staff, and any city employee who comes in contact with the public. This class also covers the importance of internal customer service in working with fellow employees. The course will feature taking a proactive approach to citizen complaints. A focus on using technology and other resources in providing assistance to citizens and understanding customer expectations for delivery of services will be the primary discussion. Offering solutions, problem solving and staying abreast of current trends will be explored in the class.
