This session will provide an overview of how to develop an effective capital improvement program to ensure the long-term sustainability of the infrastructure for local communities. With a focus on master planning, programming, engineering, budgeting/funding, and implementation of capital improvements, this session will also suggest innovative approaches to build support for public infrastructure investment.
