MRAC - Customer Service & Internal Control-Moultrie
This course focuses on providing local government “service” and meeting customer expectations through professionalism, best practices, technology and other resources. Participants will learn about tools, solutions and current trends for problem solving. The course will also visit the area of internal control and how cities can address vulnerabilities in the workplace.
This is the final class required for the Municipal Revenue Administration Certificate (MRAC) Program. This round of classes will all be held in Moultrie. All five classes must be completed prior to receiving your certificate. You may make up a missed class at future offerings tbd.
Classes can be used as continuing education hours for those certified city clerks under the Georgia Education Institute Program.
