CANCELLED Recognizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace means that we are equally accepting, valuing, and respecting differences. This workshop aims to build awareness and essential skills that support marginalized employees and help cultivate a safe, compassionate, and equitable culture where everyone feels valued. Participants will receive a basic overview of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a focus on the importance of working together to appreciate each other’s differences and strengths to see ourselves as part of the solution to influence change for the betterment of all.

- Identify the strengths and challenges of diversity in the workplace
