2022-2023 GMA & GCS Youth Council Symposium
GMA, GCS, and the City of Dublin Youth Council are pleased to host the 2022-2023 Youth Symposium in Dublin.  This weekend event will bring together Youth Councils from all over the state of Georgia. Youth participants will have the opportunity to: meet & learn from young professionals; connect and network with other youth councils; share their youth council accomplishments; participate in leadership workshops; and gain practical skills through simulations and team work.  The registration fee for each participant is $50.00 and registration packets with detailed information & a schedule of events will be emailed to the adult youth leader prior to the event in October, but a tentative schedule is below.  If you have any questions, please contact Artiffany Stanley at GMA at 404-783-4736.

Saturday, October 15th

9:30 am -12:00 pm          Youth Council Reports; Youth Leadership Training, Team Building

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm      Lunch

12:45 pm – 3:00pm         Panel Discussion, Group Collaboration and Breakouts

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm          Groups Report Back

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm          Dinner & Monster Bash (Market on Madison 314 W Madison St, Dublin, GA 31021)

Each group is encouraged to pick a costume theme & dress up. Most creative group will win a prize.
