Talk It Up Thursday-Strategic Planning
Strategic planning consists of understanding where you are, determining where you want to go, and building a plan for how to get there. This session will: (1) explore creating strategic goals to motivate employees to embrace the organization’s overall vision and mission, (2) establish the importance of strategic and operational planning, (3) provide a framework for setting clear, challenging, and measurable team goals, and (4) introduce the plan–do–check–act cycle as a resource for achieving high performance.
