Registration Information

If desired, one person from each department may register all of the attendees from that department. On the right side of the screen, you will see a sign-in form. If you do not know your username, click the Forgot username? link and enter your email address.

If you exist in the registration system, an email will be sent to the email address that you entered. Once you receive the email, it will contain your username. You may then click the Forgot password? link on the sign-in form and enter the username that was emailed to you. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Once your password has been reset you will be logged in and be able to register.

If an email is not sent, click the Create a New Account link to begin the registration process.

Once you are logged in, you will need to select either Register Myself or Register Someone Else. The Register Someone Else option will provide you with a list of those people who are in your department. If someone is not listed, you may create a new record for that person. For each person that you are registering, you will need to add the appropriate ticketed items (Mini Conference and/or Legislative Dinner). Once you have added registrations for each registrant you are registering, proceed to the cart to checkout.

If you are bringing a guest, i.e., spouse, child, etc., you will see the option to Add a guest as a link below the Register Someone Else button.

In order to register online, you must pay with a credit card. Should you select to order via paper form, the form must have a check attached or have us call you for the credit card or fax it to 678-686-6339. DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION as our system blocks any email that looks like it has credit card information.
