Overview of Georgia law and methods allowed for occupation taxes. Review of state issued alcohol license and laws that govern alcohol sales in Georgia and the licensing of package, consumption on premises, breweries and distillaries.
This is class #3 of the 5 classes required for the Municipal Revenue Administration Certificate (MRAC) Program. Future classes include: Governmental Fund Revenue Sources on October 14, 2021, and the final class will be Customer Service & Cyber Security on October 15, 2021. This round of classes will all be held in Savannah. All five classes must be completed prior to receiving your certification.
