MRAC - Governmental Fund Revenue Sources SAV
Course will provide an overview of laws which allow the imposition of taxes and fees such as hotel motel tax, insurance premium tax, franchise fees, excise tax on rental vehicles, grants, fines and other revenue. Participants will learn how to create a revenue manual for their city.
This is class #4 of the 5 classes required for the Municipal Revenue Administration Certificate (MRAC) Program. Future classes include: The final class will be Customer Service & Cyber Security on October 15, 2021. This round of classes will all be held in Savannah. All five classes must be completed prior to receiving your certification.
